Autumn Menu at KETCH UP — the Taste of the Season in Every Dish
This fall, KETCH UP’s executive chef has created a menu where classic dishes acquire new accents.
The burger with a cheese patty and cranberry confit combines a juicy beef patty, a crispy cheese crust, and a sweet berry note. Pappardelle with beef cheeks — tender pasta with braised beef cheeks, butter, and Parmesan. A velvety cream soup made from seasonal vegetables with light spices will warm you on a cool day. The autumn salad combines chicken, bacon, mushrooms, and fresh vegetables. Sweet carrots with beef basturma, honey, and aromatic zira become a bright, warm appetizer of the season. Churros with salted caramel cream complete the meal with a light sweetness.
The menu is complemented by seasonal drinks: refreshing tarragon-rhubarb lemonade, unusual rhubarb-anchan tea, berry amaro, Wunsch Punch, and autumn fizz for autumn evenings.
